[Client] Chest not getting awarded?

Hey guys I've been earning multiple S- S and S+ on Akali and so far I have 4 keys forged, and mastery tokens. Recently it's only been awarding me keys and tokens. My profile shows I can get 4 chest still but it never gives me any? Is this working as intended or what?

It has to be on a champion you haven't gotten a S- S or S+ on

It's only 1 chest per champ per season (year).
