Gravelord Azir's voiceover sometimes has the base skin's VO play instead

About half of the time, the VO from Gravelord Azir plays, and then the other half is the base VO. It gets kind of annoying hearing the difference in the voice changes. While not game changing, it takes away the feeling of the skin.
