Nocturne Q UI Bug
Whenever Nocturne uses a basic attack, the q icon on the skillbar flashes like it does on his passive. This occurs when Q is on cooldown but doesn't reduce the cooldown of the ability.
Reproduction:
- Select Noctune
- Use (Q) Duskbringer
- Hit something with a basic attack
