Cho'gath Rupture bug

[Gameplay] Cho'gath rupture gives no sight in live patch.

In patches before 4.16, Cho'gath's Rupture (His Q) Gave sight of an area about the same as Lucient Singularity (Her E), although rupture only gave sight for about a second, while E gave sight for as long as the spell was allowed to continue.
