[GAMEPLAY] Nunu & Willump [Q] Bug

While playing as Nunu, I noticed that the Q ability was not working as intended. Champions with extremely low health were not even affected by the Q ability. This seemed to occur erratically, with no predictable step. I wondered if it had to do with movement while activating the Q -- if holding still and pressing Q might work.
