Mastery Level 6 Token
I just played a game with Fiora in All in One mode, I got a S-, but I only received a Chest because of that. I did not receive the champion token for Fiora, is that a bug?

Are you mastery 5 with her? if you are then either it's because of it being one for all or a bug

I had the same thing happen to me. Level 5 Leblanc, get an S+ in one for all, no token. It says champion mastery is activated for the mode, so I think it's a bug.
It's not a bug. Champion mastery is activated for rotating game modes, but only for up to mastery level 5. You can only get level6/7 tokens on normal and ranked SR. You cannot get them on ARAM, Twisted Treeline, or any rotating game mode.

Matchmade games on Howling Abyss, Twisted Treeline or any rotating game mode will not award Champ Mastery level 6 or 7 tokens
Mastery tokens have been restricted to only Summoner's Rift, Classic (Normals or Ranked).
