Client Disconnected during Champ Select, now my client won't re-launch

Not sure why, but for some reason, my Client will not launch anymore, and if it pops up, its just blank black.
Tried launching as admin and cannot load it at all.

First time this has happened for me, would like to know how to fix/prevent this. I didn't do anything abnormal before champ select outside of queuing up for Top instead of Bottom. Just want it to be out there as a thing. Thanks.
