[Gameplay] Bots using old items

I was playing an intermediate bot game on the Twisted Tree Line 3v3 map when I noticed that some of the bots are still building old items no longer available on that map. As an example, the Malzahar bot was using the old blackfire torch, and the Jarvan bot was using an atma's impaler (two items no longer on the map). I suppose it isn't a big issue, but it does create a bit of an unfair advantage in the bot's favor when players are against them.
