Queue Dodge Bug

So, I was in a ranked queue, it was my turn to ban a champion and i was stumped between to champions Mundo or Rengar. And i had 10 seconds left, and i got kicked from queue, and penalized for dodge a queue. Now i'm at -3 IP and_** annoyed**_. Please, finally fix this irritating bug.. Ty
