[CLIENT] Watching a Replay When Scrolling Through the Time Bar Crashes the Replay

For whatever reason, when I try to scroll through the time bar at the bottom of the screen when watching a replay, the replay just crashes. Everytime. Don't know if it is on my side or if the client is bugging out. This has happened every time I have tried to watch the replay (about 5-6 times now).

Click the cog to the top right corner of the client then click "Initiate Full Repair".
