ARAM Loading screen 90%

I've been on the loading screen for 10 minutes now, I reconnected 5 minutes in just to see if it was me but it went right back to 90% and it's still just sitting there.... I don't know what to do? If I close the client I will get in trouble, but won't I anyways for not connecting to the game?
