Pre-Game loading screen never loads in

I can open the client but as soon as the game starts my screen goes black and the pre-game loading screen never pops up. Im stuck looking at a black screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times now and its still not working. Overtime i alt tab out it says the game crashed

Having the same problem 50% of the time. What works for me is to kill league of legends process and re-start (but make sure the process is completely stopped running in Task Manager before re-starting the client). Not ideal, but usually loading screen is long enough that I don't miss any of the game.
