ARAM sight broken

The is an amazing sight item for ARAM but it is slightly "to amazing" in that even after it expires you still get true sight around your champion without the added bonus of the sweeper effect in fog. So teemo shrooms, jhin traps, shako boxes are still visible for the rest of the game once used when it should expire after 5 min.

Can confirm that this is true, but the enemy told me that if you buy 2 orcles it becomes permanent.
