Attack move click bug

Okay so this is like the most annoying thing in the entire world there's this weird bug going around whenever i play a champion (i was playing zed and wukong for a while now) and every now and then during game time my attack move click toggle where i have to hold down shift to use gets set permanently to my RIGHT CLICK AND ITS SOO ANNOYING i can't recall i can only attack the nearest thing whenever i click and omg == i just walk into turret attacking an enemy champion and i just can't do anything about it ! the turret just kills me and i die smh. Ive been having this for a while now and the only solution i find in fixing this is to disconnect and reconnect or wait for a while walking around doing jack shit and it just resets back to normal by itself. IDK WHAT TO DO someone please help its been going on for A WHILE NOW and i seriously can't play without disconnecting at least twice in a game or dying to turret cause i just walk right into it when my mouse clicks the other way --
