Well i dont know if this is the New Client Bug that when i select Legendary Skins i see Surprise Party Fiddlesticks at 975 RP wich normally Legendary skins are at 1820 RP

It was originally released as a Legendary, but they lowered the price because it didn't have unique dialog.

Not a bug. Surprise Party Fiddlesticks is indeed a legendary skin, it is just permanently discounted as a special gift from Riot to us since it was released on League of Legends' 2nd birthday.

Primetime Draven is also a legendary skin that is permanently priced at 975, but for a different reason.
