Game will not launch after champion select

My game will not launch after champion select. I have tried every solution from disabling firewalls to repairing my client even going as far as to uninstall and reinstall the game, but had no luck. This is very frustrating, any help would be greatly appreciated.

same, did a clean install which did work yesterday but not today.

I've done all of the above, plus reinstalled all necessary redistributables AND even clean installed Windows. This is a serious problem Riot needs to address. I've been unable to get into a game for almost 4 weeks.
