Where is ranked!?!?!??!

There is literally no way for me to play ranked, this is really weird. The option isn't even there, but I can still play normals.

I'm gonna try scanning files and see if that helps anything, but I've never had this happen before. It just seems really odd.

There is maintenance right now, they disabled ranked.
