Frame Rate Drops since June 24th

Hopefully it's not just me, but since last night my frame rate has abruptly tanked from a solid 60 to a fluctuating 30-15 FPS with the occasional drop to as low as 9. While it's nostalgic playing with the FPS I had back in 2013 on my dying laptop that would be overheated by League, I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue. It only seems to be League, no other game is having the issue.
