Ashe Q Bug big deal!!

Its happened MULTIPLE times aka a good portion of the time even if im at 5 stacks ashe wont do the thing. it just goes like its at 4 stacks ive made sure multiple times that i was at 5 stacks when I hit q and even autoed before I hit clue to refresh the stacks and it still doesnt proc the spell
