twice on two separate days, I keep getting 15 minutes penalty on my first dodge attempt of the day after wasting 2 rerolls on rammus, sejuani and shen on a stupid aram game did they increase dodge timer without telling about it?

Base dodge timer for ARAM is 15 minutes. It's to dissuade people from dodging just because they got a champ they don't like. Because y'know, It's supposed to be random.
