The patch notes state that Ezreal either was getting or had already received a buff on mystic shot, giving it a "total AD ratio" of 1.1. After testing him out, i noticed that he still only has a 1.0 total ad ratio. pls fix

From the Patch notes: "NOTE: This change has already taken effect, but the tooltip hasn't been updated. We'll get to that as soon as possible. Thanks!"
