Did'n get my mastery 7 token after getting S+ twice

I got S+ on lux twice in rank 3v3 and did'n get my mastery token. I mean why would it make any difference from 3v3 rank queu to summoner rift same people playing..... first game was 3 days ago 9/1/4 100% kill participation and then second game was today 4/1/12 both got s+ I mean it clearly a bug. I dont want to hear any descrimination over 3v3 rank... Kind of perplex. thanks you for your time.
