Not receiving mastery tokens

Multiple times now I have not received my mastery 7 token after getting a S rank or higher in a normal summoners rift game. I am mastery 6 and already have 2 tokens on the champion. I have posted this here and in the help and support threads as I'm not sure which is more appropriate.

Have they been S- rating?

they have to be a s or s+. S- doesnt count for mastery 7
