Bugsplat Preventing Remakes
Hello Riot, Recently I have submitted a support ticket regarding a certain issue regarding remakes and was asked to post it to the board. I had a ranked game where our Shyvana did not connect to the game. My first take on it was "oh remake, oh well, it's fine". However, when we got to the three minute mark, the game DID NOT OFFER US A REMAKE FUNCTION. I tried typing /ff and typing /remake multiple times, and so did the other 3 members, but none of it worked. So basically we were forced into a 4 v 5 until about 12-14 minutes until the Shyvana finally reconnected, by the time of which the game was already too one sided to matter.
When she reconnected, she told us that she was having MASSIVE bugsplat issues and could not reconnect to the game until that time. I think players that are TRYING to reconnect but are having bugsplat problems are acknowledged as being in the game, and that's why the remake wasn't offered to us. This is totally unfair, because if the reconnection takes any longer than 3 minutes the game has absolutely no right to force the other players into a 4 v 5.
I recall having a similar game like this, where we were not offered a remake although our Darius was offline for 10 minutes or so. He also talked about bugsplat issues. I thought this was a one time thing, reported him, and moved on. Now I can see that this ISN'T a one time thing.

I was playing as Veigar and while i certainly didn't do well, my point isn't that the lost game was 100% Shyvana's fault (even though it PRIMARILY was), but that we should have been offered a remake.
I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug. If this is intended, please change it; if reconnections take to long other players shouldn't have to suffer through a 4 v 5. It may be sad for the bugsplatted player, but hey, it happens all the time, so don't drag other four players with no faults with him/her. If it is a bug then please fix as soon as possible.
As sad as I am to lose LP from issues beyond my control, it's fine if I don't get them back. However, for the sake of future players that may suffer from this please fix this as soon as possible Riot.
