Sion Passive in Bush

I recently played an ARAM game as , the other team had a . 's passive had gone off in bush, and before i could detect i starteed losing health very quickly as if he was hitting me, nothing else was around to make me lose health that fast. I got into bush and was in his undeath form killing me. The bug was that I was being attacked by from bush and couldn't detect him.
