Clicks Not Registering, Attack move not working. What's going on buddy? :)

I'm trying to play League of legends as usual, Gotta click to move but oh wait, My clicks aren't even registering. Sometimes It works but then my champ moves way to far, Other times it doesn't move me an Inch when it matters most and I die. I'm a jungle main and I play mid when i'm bored but If I get autofilled ADC I know I can play the role at least decently. But Oh Wait, Attack Move isn't even working either. I'm trying to kite but then my Champ won't even move and just stand and auto. It's really frustrating and I don't know whether or not It's just my crappy laptop or the game itself. It hasn't been doing this before it's been a recent Occurance and a annoying one at best. This is probably only happening to me, but If anyone knows some sort of Fix can someone help out.
