Bugsplat Error

I can get into champ select and it works fine but when the countdown ends it goes directly to the reconnect page with bugsplat. I pressed reconnect 20 times bugsplat just popped up repeatedly. It wasn't just that game either I tried it in a custom game and another normal. I tried reinstalling league but that didn't work. I tried repairing league which also didn't work. I've tried pretty much every supposed fix on the internet. It's not a hardware issue because I was just playing league lastnight and some this morning. It's not a security/firewall issue because I don't even have one installed and I disabled windows firewall. Please help me I haven't been able to play since about 11:30 this morning. It's now 3:15.
