[GAMEPLAY] Sion's Q + Summoners

(Sorry if this is a repost, I accidentally clicked the back button like an idiot and I'm not sure if I even posted it.) During last patch, you could use summoners (except ghost and flash) while charging SIon's Q. This patch you can't and there is no mention of it in the patch notes. I'm not sure if it's a nerf or an indirect nerf and someone forgot to include it in the patch notes but I hope that you could perhaps revert the change; it's so unsatisfying to play Sion Jungle and try to smite a camp while charging Q but nothing ensues. Rito plz fix
