Shen Bug?

I was playing shen last night and I ulted our nocturne who was in our blue side jungle fighting the enemy jax when all of a sudden I was sent near the bottom lane bush and my sword followed me. Thankfully it didnt cause us to lose we were already losing but still that could be a real game changing bug
