Scammed by riot (joking) arcade icon bugged

So there was an icon (in photo u will see circle red) he used to have like rainbow borders which looked dope so I bough the mini dungeon key for this icon because it looked cool.

Today I see around this icon circle and outside black. http://imgur.com/a/icLJZ

Would be cool if you made this on purpose refund my RP lol nah joking it's probaly a bug (I hope so)

surely that's a bug because that's not how the icon looked on pbe

i dont think its a bug, i think they changed it in the pbe to get rid of the rainbow

I was thinking the same thing, if it'll be left permanent like this, I would honestly felt like I was scammed, for false advertisement.

Same for me. It was normal (with the border) for like, a week and then got cropped. I'd really like a fix
