"forcibly moves camera" mechanic and heavy glitch..

I've made like 9 threads about this over the past year on my different accounts.. When you ult as etc the camera will forcibly lock onto your character and will NOT become unlocked unless you restart the game. IT is EXTREMELY annoying to handle and I have already tried disabling all camera movement hotkeys in my settings in the hope that I will have free reign over my camera, yet every time this happens I cannot do anything and I legit stop playing well and it causes me to throw games. I've seen several DIFFERENT threads but nobody has said a word on a fix. Why do there need to be so many mechanics that lock and unlock the camera in place? Why are there circumstances where the camera cannot be unlocked by any means?
