Welp. New patch, Same Problem. (33%)

Well, 6.11 came out today and I would love to log in and blow my entire paycheck like I do every time.

But when I tried to open the game I ran into so many problems [slayer-jinx-unamused]

This is becoming more and more of a problem for me because the client always runs into this problem and it seems to get worse the more the game goes on.

So this is my current problem once again lets stop beating around the bush.

The plague of the infinite 33%.

http://imgur.com/JRb5G9Y - This has happened to me every time I try to download the new patch. This is the only game I have problems with. everything else downs load nearly the speed of light.

http://imgur.com/zNRXWvV - and you cant keep denying that this isn't a problem because its everywhere so many people have this problem and no one is saying anything about fixing it and its starting to really irritate me.

There are kids who play this game so I'm trying my best to keep my language PG

But this is pissing me off, So many times I've run into this. so many times I have to wait days till it fixes leaving my pc on for hours at a time just to get the patch to update
