Rune Page Math error on the system.

when I attempt to Combine 3 Marks of Attack (Physical) Damage (.95x3 = 2.85) with 9 Seals of Attack( Physical) Damage (.43x9=3.87) and 1 Glyph of Attack (Physical) Damage (.28), the correct math is an even 7.0 but in the statistics section of every rune page I attempt this combination is it comes to the math of 6.9 but this is inccrrect. I wish to address weather or not this affects actual ingame stats as 6.9 attack or the proper 7.0 attack, and if not then This is an issue that need be addressed. I play with rune pages that rely on proper math (simple math) and am bound by the systems math. Please address this issue asap as I believe this is an error.
