Final Boss Veigar Q Animation Bug (With Video Included) - League of Legends Community

Was just wondering if this was known about, but there's a pretty noticeable graphical bug which occurs occasionally on Final Boss Veigar where you go to q a minion, or even champions, dragon, ect. Where the animation showing you gained AP comes up yet no gold or AP was actually gained. This is still an ongoing issue which has been around for a while now.

Minor annoyance, but I want to know when I'm ACTUALLY getting the +1 or not.

Happens when I miss a final hit Q, and a minion or auto attack finishes off the minion immediately after. Happens also if you Q as the minion dies, but you don't actually get the last hit.
