No noise in champ select even with all sound options at highest and turned on.

So every time I enter champion select (mind you, as stated in the title, that i have all of the sound option on), no sound is played. Even when it's my turn to select, the usual audible ding is absent.

Yes, my computer volume is on and functional.

Context: Lost a promo because I dodged due to failing to select a champion. Albeit my fault, still seems to be an issue that champ select isn't producing the usual sound queues. uwu

Using Windows 7, I can clearly see the speaker icon in the bottom right corner. When I click it I can change the volume setting of my speakers/headphones. Right below the slider there is a "Mixer" or something like that.. a simple text you can click on. After clicking on it you can set a volume for any program that is running at the moment. There should be 1) Speakers 2) System Sounds 3) Windows Media Player (for example) 4) Pvp.Net -> Consider moving the slider of pvp.net a bit up to raise the volume of champion selection.
