Essence collector ward not avaiable in my ward skin select screen

I bought the essence collector ward for a pretty hefty price considering I didn't have oodles of blue essence after the switch, and I really liked its design but for some reason I cant select it in the ward skin select menu anymore (It doesn't appear). I'm assuming this is a bug, hoping it will be fixed. :(
