Game disconnecting after about ten minutes (CRASH)

Have been playing league of legends (OCE) for years and have never had an issue like this. For the last two weeks I get about 10 minutes into a game, suddenly everything freezes, my ms reaches two thousand plus and suddenly I'm disconnected. Sometimes I can get a clean first game in before the problem takes a hold. I have uninstalled and reinstalled league of legends, I have done a complete system restore on my computer, I have disengaged with the latest Windows 10 update as I thought the two may have been clashing, I have done a repair, my router ect are fine and don't interfere with anything, please help me as this is becoming increasingly frustrating.
