Can anyone help my game keep crashing at random moments

To help you we need more details.

• What: Ingame client or core/main/air client?

• When

• ingame client: during loading screen, at the start of the match, after X minutes or truly at random times?

• main client: right after the patcher or during champion select?

• How: is there a pattern? Time of day, something you do before the crash happens, etc.

It would also help to know if the client pops an error message or if it just "dies" without saying anything. Finally, for how long has this been happening?

Answer those questions the best you can and I, or someone else, might be able to help you.

I have the same issue. It's not as frequent as every game but it has happened three times this patch cycle. While in-game the screen freezes and the program shuts down, but will not let you alt tab because the ingame screen refuses to go away and let you click on anything else, not even the error that it says came up, with seem to just be a general program crash. Typically it happens soon after combat with an enemy champion ends.

are you guys at riot planning on fixes this bug?? I keep getting these low priority queue's then I finally get off the 5 games and on like my 7th or 8th game I get frozen in game and have to restart my computer completely in order to get the game to work, problem is, im right back to the 20min low priority queue and its starting to piss me off, it amazes me that you guys still haven't found a fix or resolved this issue instead us the players who play and pay for characters/skins cant seem to get the customer service/support we deserve, I will not continue to buy anything on this game until you guys start to pay more attention to these issue we keep complaining about and can never get any support for anything in a decent amount of time. still waiting and ive been posting about this since the first patch came out a while back. this is occurring to me in middle of game it could happen anywhere from 5mins to 30 mins in game, it doesn't seem to happen as much now as it did b4 where it was happening every other game. but it seems like I cant get out of a 20min LPQ to get into another 5 game LPQ no error message screen just freezes in middle of game and I cant do anything but restart my computer I can bring anything up I can only hit the windows key and click on the restart windows and then wait.
