Varus q stopped working

During Lane phase my q on varus was working perfectly. Then around 20 minutes into the game it stopped working completely. I switched tabs and made sure that key was still functioning properly. I switched hotkeys and no matter what i tried it wouldn't work. Even clicking on the skill icon didn't trigger it and it stayed that way till the end of the game.
