[Client] Twitch Q's Level Up %

Abilities have their descriptions when you mouse over them. When you level up and have the ability to upgrade an ability, there is a [+] above the ability and you can mouse over it to see the changes made to the ability. The number of seconds twitch is invisible is displayed as a % however. This is not very prominent because it is put as "x seconds" everywhere else, but for the level up it is displayed as "x%-------------------(x+1)%", where x is the number of seconds Twitch goes invisible for. Sadly I have no screenshots and unable to get any, but it is easily replicated.

This can be easily and exactly replicated by going into howling abyss* on Twitch, and putting one level in to his q, and then reading the text that displays when you cursor over the [+] to display it again.

I saw this a few patches ago, and since it had no impact on gameplay, I didn't report it. Several patches later, it still hasn't been fixed and it is getting more annoying every time I read it.

*I haven't played Twitch in ARAM lately; I don't know if this bug exists on maps other than Summoner's Rift. But I'm assuming that Riot uses the same level up text for all gamemodes.
