Finished Ranked Game .. but not really?

My friend (Summoner Name Saerrian on NA) and I had played a ranked game together. They surrendered quickly as it was a 4 v 5, but when we went to load our stats it glitched out and kept giving an error that said something to the effect of " oops, the server encountered an error, it was reported." Whenever I tried to look at my match history or my league status.

I received another error that said pvp.net was down when I went to view my match history, but assured me everything was not lost. However upon trying to relog and clear this issue, it says I'm in a game? I try to reconnect and it gives me that fire wall bull error. No matter what I do I can't clear this game that we already won? I don't want to receive a time penalty for "leaving" a game we already won. I'd like to get to keep that lp we won, too. ._. But right now league is unplayable due to being stuck in a ranked game that doesn't exist. (Saerrian is also stuck, just figured one bug report is enough.)
