Pathing Errors

So, I've been having the strangest thing happen to me. I was playing league just fine with a more recent 14/20 game win rate holding over 50ish games; then suddenly I'm sucking with champs I was good at and can't seem do do well at all. I'm sure some of this is me, I'm having a bad streak or something and playing against counters, but I'm also noticing what I think is a bug with the pathing.

Basically, times I click to go somewhere and have taken the same path a thousand times before, let me look at the chat to see if someone is communicating for a split second... but then I look back up and I'm not going the route I should go. And when I want to correct it, it spazzes out and sends me in a small circle of multiple directions where I inevitably die because I can't do anything while I run in random directions. Maybe it's lag, but I personally think it's a bug. Especially since some of the pathing is not what it used to be. Also, my frame rate seems to take a big hit when this happens.

If it's not a bug, I'd appreciate some explanation.

Edit: I should mention I was playing both Jinx and Katarina, and these are all normal games.
