Unable to Reconnect...

So this is in ranked, where my team was ahead, and I was 5/1. As you can imagine, disconnecting does bring some salt into the equation. My internet crashed, and I restarted the router, and about two minutes later it was working again. I confirmed this by searching "test" on Google. However, the client is stuck at the login screen (with the Caitlynn skin) and, above the Username space, it says "We're unable to log you in because you may be offline." So, I'm going to lose a freelo game, because internet crashed, and the client won't allow me to log in again. I'm not expecting a return of LP, because Riot never does that, but come on. The sodium levels aren't good for my health lol. I'm relatively sure that this isn't on my side, because, like I said, I can watch videos and shtuff on Youtube, but I can't log in to League. So pls Riot I want to play Fizz. TL:DR; What I'm asking for is an easier way to reconnect to the game. Sodium chloride isn't good for anybody
