FPS Drops since lunar event came out

My fps has been steadily dropping in every game since the lunar event started. I thought it was a memory leak or something, but now I think it's the rooster ward that just came out. I bought it the day it came out and have been using it since. Perhaps having more of those wards placed on the map is causing the FPS issues to increase throughout the game. Everyone in my games have been reporting the issues too, as well as many people on reddit and these boards. Many of my friends were having the FPS issues while in game with me but not in their own games. When I switched off of the rooster ward, the FPS problems went away.
