Losing A Promo For The Client Crashing

Recently i have been playing a ton of ranked trying to get out of bronze (where i was placed). I have just gone on a 8 win streak and was super happy to get to my bronze 1 promos. As many of you guys know sometimes your client will randomly crash while inside the ranked queue. Sadly this happened in my first promo game and automatically gave me a loss just cause of the client not me. I feel like this is pretty unfair since i didnt do anything to lose and it really sucks. Anyways i was wondering if there was any way to fix this. Thanks
