I lost two provisionals due to this bug that I never seen before.

How do you post pictures. I'll give you evidence when you tell me how to post pictures. This is serious. I have two pictures that will show you why I lost two provisionals for no reason. The first picture is an error that occurs which says, "Oops! Your position selection didn't go through. Try picking them again if they're incorrect." And the second picture shows clearly that I have been banned from queueing for 30 minutes, for absolutely no reason except for this bug that is beyond my power. I typed the error word for word, so maybe you don't need the pictures. That's exactly what it says, so maybe you can work on that alone hopefully.
