Custom Item Sets Randomly Disappear On A New Patch (Does not happen every time however)

This has happened to me a few times when a new patch comes out put it does not happen consistently, but it still happens and is VERY annoying when you have your own builds that are nothing like the recommended sets, so can you fix this bug soon Riot?
