[Client+Game] Game didn’t load it, System Error, Game didn’t reload after relogin

So i was in the champion select screen of an ARAM. After champ select ends, the game window that popped up was pitch black. I waited and I heard over discord that my teammate was already in the game. My screen was still pitch black. I clicked Alt Tab to tab out, didn’t work because the pitchblack game window blocked everything. I saw in one of the tabs was the System Error pop-up, I couldn’t click on it to response because the black screen still blocked everything. So I Hit the Windows Key, logoff of Windows (account), and log on again (because full restart is longer, and this method always worked in the past everytime game crashed). Then I reopened client, relog-on. And Client showed up saying “Game is still in progress...” and NOTHING ELSE. Like, the client didn’t even load the game up, or trying to reconnect. The client just showed up and nothing else happened. I tried to log out and in again, exit client and log in again, still the same, game didn’t load. Then I tried to use task manager to close the game and try to relog, but every time I clicked EndTask, the client turned off, then I saw a process called “League Client Crash manager” showed up, then client automatically turned itself on again, and the same screen “game is still in progress” and nothing else. I tried multiple times, i couldnt load the game, couldnt close client. Now the game ended, i hard restarted my Pc, and relog on, and I saw myself immediately in the Creating game Lobby. Is this a new bug?

FYI: i was supposed to be Swain for that game.
