Unsure what it is but my character acts like they have been charmed

This happens on several characters most notably on champions like graves or Lucian who have dashes where the character randomly walks in a direction I don't intend to attack a champion and I need to wrestle control back and the "attack input" or whatever takes priority for a long time. In the clip included you can see me trying to back up as singed stutters before Im able to back out. This has at the very least cost me several deaths and possibly some games and I wanna resolve it.
