Annoying bug

Whenever you were about to cast an ability, zed q or ahri q for example, and then right clicked on the ground to move where you want to go and cancel the ability it let you until this patch. Now if you are about to cast an ability and right click on the ground it just cancels the ability but it does not move where you want to go, you have to double click. This was not on the patch notes and it is extremely annoying
